Our Process
  1. Initial Intake Home visit (tour of property, assessment of rental space, service needs assessment)
  2. HSAZ Case Manager searches for a match in database
  3. HSAZ Case manager facilitates Student-Homeowner introduction (in home or at a secondary location if desired), Discuss desired terms of service exchange
  4. Student tour of home and living space
  5. Homeowner signs the HSAZ Service Exchange agreement indicating selection of student renter
    • Determine move-in date
    • Homeowner pays matching fee
  6. Student Renter Service Agreement Signed accepting HomeShare placement
  7. Homeowner/Student exchange contact information
  8. Work through the HomeShare worksheet
  9. Student Renter-Move in
  10. 2-week check-in call
HomeShare Arizona reserves the right to decline to match a Homeowner or Student Renter for any reason at any stage before the Matching Fee has assessed.
